Delivery Information

Within Australia All DVDs will be dispatched via Australia Post (standard service) within 3 working days of the order (except for pre-orders). Australia Post expected delivery times are calculated to be 1 to 5 working days within Australia, (please note: these delivery times are not guaranteed). Postage within Australia is typically charged at $3 inc GST per DVD to cover costs. Overseas Sales New Zealand – All DVDs will be dispatched via Australia Post (air mail) within 3 working days of the order. Australia Post expected delivery times are calculated to be 3 to 5 working days, (please note: these delivery times are not guaranteed). Postage to NZ is typically charged at $7.20 per order (rate is confirmed in checkout prior to payment) For deliveries to other countries, please contact us for pricing and estimated delivery times. Pre-orders DVDs available via pre-order will be sent as stock is available. Typically, this will be at or before the end of the pre-order promotion period. Whilst rare, in the event of delays, you will be advised via email of any updates to scheduled delivery dates.
